issues pertaining rule of law in our nascent political space,is becoming somewhat convoluted,detasteful,and repugnantly unhealthy to the minds of the average nigerians.the polity has been characterized with total flagrant to the laid down democratic ethos.the key power to a practicing democratic governance,is the unabated uninterference to the rule of law sustainably from the suppremacies of the constitution.the admissibility of this legal facts,encapsulates the act of obeying the judicial verdict from any court of competent Jurisdiction.the law is no respecter of any man.the sacrosanctity of such consciousness of the law,gives plurality for its adherence unfiltered.recents political events that took place within the court pricints,is a national clarion calll for the lovers of democracy to speak up.the two factional chairmen of labour party displaying some miscreants behavior in the court,is a national charades that ought not to hav occurred if our law enforcement agents are discharging their core obligatory responsibilities orderly.at the same vein, let's look at the case of nnamdi kanu whom court of competent jurisdiction has granted an administrative ball yet, federal govt are yet to free him.mr president was right afterall.in his speech when he was taking oath of office,he made mention of not tolerating any conflicting judgement from any judges.these however, clearly attested the facts that some of the court judgement emanating from some of this courts are financially inducing assuch,cannot stand. mr President must also be reminds, judgement from any court of competent jurisdiction must be obeyed to the later.A court verdict that does not comfort the defendant,is appealable.the duty of the appelant court,is to either upheld or quashed the decisions of the lower court.in this case,if the defendant refuses to appeal,such judgement remains a subsisting one.legally,if the judgement elapes the time frame for an appeal,it has become status barred as such,such case is now an academic reference for subsequent judicial interpretation of the law.law and its jurisprudence can never be overemphasized due to the facts that they remain supreme. we must splint our mind to the acceptability of the rule of laws.we can not continue to build on illegality and then expects to hav a workable laid down rule that governed the society.in a sanner clam,A successful man is one who does not go against rule of law in carrying out his personal or public responsibility. whatever that taste good,must not be given to a single individual but,to the larger society. my name is clifford igwe aka.cliff dboss.exponent "political psychology and a entertainer. email:mrandmrsdemocracy@gmail.com
