Abusive relationship is one of the must dangerous engagement any man or woman could ever imagined of venturing into.many lives has be cut short,many today are still wallowing with this careless and irresponsible behavior without any recourse to their illogical actions.abusive relationship is worst than poverty on its self because a poor man who is still alive,could be hopeful of a better future but a dead man or woman hav no dream nor hopeful of a better future.A living dog is better than a dead lion.yes a living dog is far better in the sense that,his hope and aspirations could somewhat resurrect to suit his personality he or she has been craving for.many women today are seriously dying in silence trying to keep their relationship or marriages out of public opprobrium while the indescribable huge state of violence or abusiveness has taken over their mental state and their entire wellbeing. Abusive relationship is worst than an evil on its self.no meaningful progress can be certainly levelled where abusive relationship has taken over the entire activities that makes relationship or marriages great with  palatability for a healthy and an exemplary  relationship. Abusive relationship must be globally condemned in its entirety and must be minimised to the barest minimum.
Five ways to over come abusive relationship are as follows:
(1)victims must learn to speak out when needed.
(2)victims must report to the appropriate quarters before it escalates to something evil that could unleashed on them.
(3)victims must learn how to seek for help from a psychologist or a guidance counsellor for rehabilitation of their damaged self esteem and emotional trauma associated with abusive relationship!
(4)victims must learn how to observe early warning signs when ever such abusive behavior is been displayed. And
(5)victims should fashio out ways on how to defend themselves when ever such abusiveness escalates into physical violence.The beginning of a thing,starts with preparations of any thing!be wise.
