The politics of Ruga settlement by"Clifford Igwe.

Governance they say is a continuum,As such,we only collectively demand for a continually developmental policies that carries human face.,not some forms of ineptitude when it comes to generating policies which lacks societal developments as well as   favouring a particular session of the country and then reproached other parts of the country for some self serving purposes.the ultimate power for a sustainable development, rest upon the existential relationship between the leaders and the people he governs.when ever such relationship is derailed, there became a boundaries for national unity and progress.,as many citizens will apparently see such governance as nothing but a comic relief when ever policies and guidelines are been given out from the presidency. The worst forms of bad governance, is when her LEDs do no longer hav a common sense of regards for her leaders, his directives and policies. In this regards, every citizens now functions as one with out a leader and with poor knowledge for a good sense of directions.this is  crucially avoidable only if those who are shouldered with the responsibilities to pilot the affairs of a state, leads the people with humility and respect for the sanctity of lives and properties under his care, trust me,no citizens will flagrantly disobeyed any laws made by the governance itself. One of the bogus problem associated with the under developed nations,is not lack of resources to execute developmental projects, but lack of the intellectual will power in achieving human resource management.which to me,is the central focus for a modern society. Human empowerment is significant for driving a stagnant economy to a viable economy. At this juncture, such empowerment, must be total, must be fair, must be unified, must hav the collective aspirations of a modern economy, and must not be seeing somewhat selective to favouring a particular sessions of the country!RUGA settlement is not a bad policies to Nigerians, but  obnoxiously  and collectively unacceptable to Nigerians because of the policy maker, whom they perceived as a religious bigot using RUGa policy to colonized every part of the country for  religious  elaborations and score some political objectives.the said ruga policies came at a precarlous  time, when the entire nation is glamorous to having a quality representative governance in every arms of the government. Which they all believed was not visibly achieved with the present govt.people sometimes, do not deliberately hates government policies, but they objects to govt policies because of the leadership attitude of the policy makers himself.for every leader loved by the people, is not hidden but noticeably obvious with the acceptability of many of his policies to the people.in this regard, when policies are made from an uncceptable leader, whose many  see,s or perceived such policies as a total affront for the unity and progress of the people. This however, will form the basis for agitations and protest across the country. The official essence for the RuGa establishment, is  a welcomed development, but the hidden agenda and objectives for the RUGA settlement, is the overt reasons for its  collective discarders. Now,Government has promised to provide electricity, portable water, good health care, schools and good road network for the host communities only if they willingly donates their ancestral land for the cause of RUGA settlement! This frivolous promises made by the govt,is the reasons for a  general suspicions of the policy that lacks human face. many believed,  there must be an ulterior motives for such a deceptive policies by the govt. is the present govt telling all nigerians that they are not entitled to all the benefits listed above from the federal govt not until when they acceptably gives out their land for such a dirty policies  before they can enjoy those inumerated benefits for their communities? Is Nigeria now a banana republic?who are the real cattle breeders in Nigeria?I taught we where made to understand that those helmsmen who maimed and raped our women are not the real Fulani helmsmen but from our neighbouring countries?now how do we differentiate the real Fulani helmsmen and the ones from other neighbouring country who smuggled themselves into our dear country as well as killed with some higher levels of pogroms, destroyed our farm produced, rendered many homes homeless and chased a whole community out of their home?what a temerity?are they the same helmsmen that are graciously waiting as the beneficiaries for the so called RuGa policies from this present administration?yes, helmsmen had lost their cows as a result of their clashed with the farmers whose national outcry for destroying their only source of livelihood is on the increase! Is the same government also making same palliative measures given to the Fulani,s helmsmen also to the farmers as a result of damages? Are the Fulani helmsmen, paying tax to the federal govt, state or local govt?if yes,we Nigerians, demands to see their tax payment Clarence to be made public! When did federal govt of Nigeria now involved in financing personal businesses? We must all learn to be fair to one and another if truly we deserved a united entity called Nigeria.we must learn how to treat humans as human, and treats animals as one!where is the real sanity of those we elected to superhead the affairs of the state if we now placed more premium on animal to that of humans? The hidden political affiliated missions for RUGA settlement is for the north to perpetually govern the south for eternity.the untold assumable truth  about this so called RUGA settlement, is for the northern presidential candidates to meet up with the 25 percent electoral votes across the 36 states of Nigeria which constitutionally qualified any presidential candidate to win any presidential elections. Now,the hidden plan was to plant every Fulani's in every states especially the southern states to meet up with  the 25 percent constitutional requirements to make any northern presidential candidates becomes president of nig comes 2023 general elections. and then ironically Annihilate zoning formula that has kept us fairly united as a country with diverse ethnicities. From the political arithmetics, the northern geo political zones ,can confidently retained presidency as long as they wishes to !this is because they hav the population to do so.constitutionally, that ideology is unrealistically stagnant.as well as dead in arrival due to our constitution that stipulates 25 percent electoral votes across the 36 states of the federation to enable any presidential candidates declared winner of any presidential elections. Trust me,if this RUGa settlement policies is been made to see the light of the day, from such settlement, they will begat a full blown communities. from a full blown communities they will begat their own local govt .and from their  local govt, they will begat a full blown states under a state.in doing this, the north will no longer need any evidentiary electoral votes from any of the southern states to galvanize supportive votes for the 25 percents votes to make any presidential candidate returned as the winner of  any anticipated presidential elections.look, the earlier we collectively rise up to this occasions and tell Mr president and his cronies the naked truth, the better for us.if we all are afraid of going to prison, who is going to be there?do u think prison was built for animals? My dear, prisons are built for human not animals.A man who collects 100 thousand naira as  monthly stipends from his oppressors who makes millions out of his fathers properties and jubilantly crown his oppressors   king in his community, is not just an irreversible coward, but an unabated lifetime slavery!
