DRUNK SOLDIER,FOUND IN THE STREET OF LEKKI LAGOS STATE HOLDING A BOTTLE OF BEER!



THis apparently nonsensical seeing a uniform man moving in the street drunk with a bottle of beer.the level of total negligence to the rule of law and upholding our sacred constitution is now on the increase!the appropriate authorities must swing into action to fish out this irresponsible act from this uniform man!
