Many Contemporary career women,is becoming apparently lazy in performing their core marital obligations. Some are citing tiredness as an excuse caused by work overloads as the reasons they can not carry out their core responsibilities at home.However, this poor adherence to unofficial obligatory responsibilities at home,has caused a lot of family crisis,resulting from the wife inability to cook for her families after daily work at the office or personal businesses.some families today sometimes, do not eat their evening meal especially when they could not afford for the service of a maid.because all the wife does is to give one flimsy excuses and the other for not been able to prepare a meal for her family.it is quite obvious to say that women who are working to support their families are great and hardworking women with so much intellect. Women who are excellent in what they do,are called super women. We must respect those women who do not hav a total financial dependency to their men,but assiduously worked hard in earning a living for themselves and for their immediate family.

(1)Every career woman who is married, must therefore, Hav that knowledge of her self as been married to that man first before Any other things that comes with her career.
(2)Every career woman,should learn how to communicate with her man on  daily basis with the happenings of her jobs daily challenges, descriptions ,and some official decisions made at her work place that may hamper the peace and harmonious relationship she enjoyed with her man and her children.in doing this,the man will offer his useful advice to her ,concerning how she  can match and manage that office challenges to suit  her family challenges too.this will give the woman the will power to carry out her duties as a career woman and also a house wife without any conflicting interest whatsoever.
(3)every career woman,should be able to know when it  is time to spend with her families by shunning every official work duties when such time is only alooted unofficially to the knowledge of her families. What this means is that every career woman must not abandoned family duties for her work duties even when it is glaring to her families that such time is only meant to be used judiciously at home for the overall interest of her families not work!
(4)Every career woman,must try as much as possible to show to her man that she is very capable of taking good care of the man and her children especially when she is off work.for example, during the weekend, leave vacations, etc.at this point in time,the duty of the career woman,is to perform all the house chores she had been neglecting to the flimsy excuses of tiredness at work.here,the woman will take over the cooking responsibilities she had assigned to her maid within those period of her working free days.the career woman,should show some respect to the man by washing his cloths too.this however, will make the husband believed that the main reason his wife where unable to carry out her home obligations is because ,she lacks the time to do so, due to work over load at the office.
(5)Every career woman,must humble her self to the man that married her off from her families irrespective of the man,s financial status:what this means is that every career woman,who is earning more than her man,should also hav respect for her man and not be arrogant of her financial status against that of the man.there is nothing absolutely wrong, women becoming a bread winners of the families. But every thing is fundamentally wrong when the woman abuses her bread winnership to the man and her children.
