Five ways to end genrontocratic governance.

What is gerontocracy? Gerontocracy is simply identified as any governace visibly dominated by the older adult population therefore, locking out the younger generations out of governance .genrontocrats,oftentimes achieve positions of power through what we refers as plutocracy. Which means,Rule by the wealth of the adult population. Or power provided by wealth.However, this will equally give rise to what is known as "kakistocracy.kakistocracy,is the form of government where the least qualified individuals are in the position of power. (Kakistos)meaning worst.which is a Greeks terms in describing any thing associated with bad.in this regard,the end result is to automatically give rise to what is described as"kleptocracy.kleptocracy, is the act of stealing public treasurary while in any position of governance. Having studied very carefully with the governance of this country called Nigeria, I was made to understand that the present leadership challenges we are facing today,all emanated from this various forms of governance inumerated above.their first stept was to still from our public coffers,which is kleptocracy, their second Step was to use our money to buy votes or the conscience of the masses which is called,plutocracy.their third step was to achieve power even when they are not qualified to hold any public offices.which is called kakistocracy. Their final step is to lord themselves over the younger generation in order to continue to hold on to power by every means,which is called"gerontocracy. This has been the types of leadership that has dominated the Nigeria political space at all levels of governance. The Nigerian youths must wake up to their challenges and do the needful by saying no to this obnoxious political arrangement made by the older generation of our political elite in the society. Now,how do we end this political godfatherism that has bastardized our leadership?
(1)we must learn how to chose a good leader by peeping at their leadership anticidents.
(2)we must learn how to reject their evil offers be it financial or material gift in securing our votes during any election.

(3)we must dig in deep,to know what career they where into before delving into politics.
(4)we must be able to know their level of intelligence as well as to find out their total wellbeing before we can give them our votes.
And(5)we must always work for any youth who aspired to assume any political office above any ambition of our older political elite in order to move the country forward with innovative ideas,skills,Craft, and its evolving knowledge for the betterment of the society.
