One of the greatest quality of a leader,is to speak and act urgently when it comes to issues of national importance. Any leader,who chooses to remain mute when is obvious that his words or actions are needed for issues but remained unreconciled and it degenerate into a chaotic situations which may surely throws the entire country into  state of padammonium.such,is not a good leader at all!one of the important quality of a leader, is been proactive in arresting any political or developmental unrest in the society he personally superheads .now,let's look at the issues going on in the incoming 9th national assemblies and how our dear president is unpolitically handling the entire bruhaha with kid glove. Do u agree with me that Mr president is indirectly the overall leader of the All progressive Congress? Do u agree with me that every other leaders in his affiliated political party is subject to him?do u also agree with me that before any decisions are taking in his political party, he Mr President must had been widely consulted to make an input or redirects any decision by his political party that lacks human face to accommodate the yearning of his people and  their aspirations to achieve total inclusiveness for the development and its national unity?Do u also agree with me that Mr president constitutionally,remains the father to every citizens irrespective of party lines,irrespective of cultural differences,irrespective of our ethnic hegemony and diversity in our political points of view?A good leader,will carefully listen and attends to the urgent needs of his people to ameliorate any forms of political injustice under his keen watch.A good leader invites any conflicted factions for roundtable dispute resolutions mechanism in resolving any lingering political crisis that is about to consumes his house ofwhich he also belongs to.A good leader,will not be too parochial but remains apolitical when it comes to national issues of urgent importance ,to avoids any forms of disunity or regional acrimony s for the benefits of the entire citizen under his care!I want to emphatically state this with out any forms of equivocation, That Mr president should  seriously be apportioned all the blames should APC as a political party,fails to produce the next leadership desired for the incoming 9th assemblies due to his poor leadership styles of great irreparable silence that is associates with his leadership styles when it is obvious that the entire country is desirous of his voice to arrest every forms of political oppression happening under his watch.All in the name of acclaimed party supremacy and disciplines. Mr president should be held accountable should PDP takes over the incoming 9th Assemblies with his poor handling of party leadership under his leadership watch.least I forget,I do know for sure that Nigeria as a country is stated, crafted,and designed under a three distinctive tripod .which is ,Wazobia.now,when we talk of genuine governance that meant well for the sustainable unity of Nigeria as an indivisible entity, such governance must do every thing within his jurisdictions to ensuring that federal character principle is democratically obeyed to the later .with out any undue interference in upholding federal character inclusive governance. This existential status quo,has been in used since the advent of our nascent democracy.we must do every thing to respect and visibly recognize this status quo as our guiding point in dishing out political juicy office appointments and it's elective positions .to avoid any unilateral decisions that may exclude other regions when it is time for national decision making.However,this clarion calls for national inclusiveness for govt offices will automatically close any political gaps for segregation,ethnic and religious agendas, and etc.every successive governance must as matter of fact keys into this inclusive ideologies by carrying along every session of the country to hav a good sense of belongings to the country they are originally citizens to without any forms biasness and partisanship in making decisions and her Democratic dividends. In summary's, senator Bola Tinubu should not be made to be an escapegoat for a unilateral decisions Mr president had already made in his secret room.why blaming APC national leader and his national chairman for all the political crisis going on in electing the leadership of the 9th assemblies when the overall APC leader (Mr president) had already decided it.and now allowed Bola tinubu and the national chairman to suffer from his own political disconnection against the southeast geo political zone to personally punish them for not voting for him during the past election.while forgetting that any electoral percentage of votes he secured in the southeast was casts by those who believed in his political ideologies and visions. Every body must not like u,and every body must not hate u.this is called"ABC theories of personality. If Mr President wants to punish the south-east for not casting their majority votes for him,what then will happen to those who joyously voted for him?would they not be beneficial to his government because others did not buy to his political ideologies? Will Mr president deny those who voted for him in the south east region some Democratic benefits? We must begin to practice what we preach and not preach what we don't practice.
