To some,it could be to provide for them free education to acquire academic knowledge, To some,it could be to provide them an affordable Mass transit to transport their goods or raw materials from the rural areas to the urban areas. To some,it could be, to make an uninterrupted power supply to enhance their business,To some,it could  be , how governance at all level could initiates programs that will enable them actualize their laid down visions.To some,,it may be,to secure a job to earn a living. What this means is that citizens or individuals visions from any govt at different levels varies, yet collective in some areas where it affects the aspirations of a wider range of the society. What is the quality of a good leader?(1):A good leader,gives a listening ear to the yearnings and aspirations of her subjects irrespective of their diverse opinion and cultural dichotomy.(2):A good leader,protects the lives and property of his subjects or citizens under his care.(3):A quality leader,manages government resources judiciously and distributes resources fairly to her subjects for the progressive development of the nation.(4): A good leadership, is empathic with the feelings and the emotional wellbeing of her citizens irrespective of tribal differences.
